We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the Concrete Repair/Poly Division to join our growing team. If you are someone who wants to work harder to achieve more in life-- this role is for you! This is a 100% commission-based position, but we provide all the training and support to ensure success if you're willing to put in the work. We are looking for well-rounded candidates who will be able to get dirty in the field while also properly navigating necessary technology and paperwork. The right candidates are hungry for the opportunity to help more homeowners solve their problems the right way, and make our community better, all while representing our brand with pride.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
- No cold-calling; all leads are generated by VFS
- 4 week paid training period up-front, then draw pay period if requested
- 100% commission pay after training (earning potential determined by your performance)
- Hours and vacation time are flexible within reason

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Receiving incoming calls
- Transferring calls to co-workers
- Scheduling appointments
- Making outbound follow-up calls
- Gathering customer information with accuracy
- Managing digital calendars with accuracy
- Confirming appointments and project dates
- Sending mail to customers

We are looking for hard workers to join our Production Team! The Production Team arrives to our warehouse every day to load up their box truck, and drive to the jobsite location anywhere across the greater Hampton Roads area.
If you are someone who likes to work with your hands and tools, is willing to work in dirty tight spaces, and has no limitations on lifting or crawling-- this position is for you! We are seeking Production Team members to install our projects for customers. You will be trained by team members who have all the experience necessary to set you up for success with on-the-job, hands-on training. This position will report to the crew Foreman on the team you're assigned.
